Cockpit / Aft Deck:
Huge, covered and soft-enclosed aft deck with large table to port.
Master Stateroom:
In the starboard hull is the Master suite. Aft is the king size stateroom with its separate climate control and entertainment. Forward is an office midship with hanging locker, desk and secondary navigation equipment. Continuing forward is master bathroom with washer/dryer combo unit.
Other Staterooms:
Port hull has two ensuite state rooms one forward and one aft with queen size beds. Mid ship is a work shop w/custom built to store/organize spare parts. All heads were replaced with Jabsco quiet flush heads with fresh water flush.
Galley / Dinette:
The galley is a chefs dream with lots of counter space and 2 separate refrigerators and chest freezer that will hold enough provisions for any crossing! Ample cupboards around the breakfast island hold tons of provisions. A four burner stove and oven next to a double sink makes meal prep a breeze. Not to mention the view! A separate hot water heater at the sink ensures you never have to wait for hot water again, makes cleanup a breeze with double sinks and separate dish drying rack. A CO2 system is also installed to provide endless soda water.

Cockpit enclosure was replaced during refit along with exterior cushions and helm seats. The enclosure is flexible enough to provide protection in temperate weather. Dual high-end helm seats. She has dual remote control electric windlasses with the main 80 pound Manson Supreme attached to 300 feet of 5/16 chain and the second plow attached to 50 feet of stainless chain and 250’ of nylon rode. Two spare anchors, Fortress FX85 and 60 pound aluminum along with 300’ of rope for emergency situations. Dive locker with Bauer dive compressor and 4 sets of dive gear. There are 6 (2019) steel dive tanks and two 100 cft aluminum (2018) tanks.

300 hrs on updated Phasor generator, backup Northern Lights 6KW generator has 3400 hrs. Dual secondary Balmar 100 amp 24 volt alternators. The solar system was replaced with 3-330 watt panels feeding a Victron 150/35 Blue Tooth controller feeds 600 amp/hr 24 Volt battery bank. 6 (2023) 200 amp/hr batteries. new General WM4215C pressure pump feeding 3 new SW2540membranes replaced this season. System has been re plumbed with high pressure hoses and primary filter housings. Water is stored in 2 separate stainless steel tanks totaling 275 gallons.

Downtime is rigged for shorthand sailing with all lines leading to either side of the cockpit. Five electric Anderson winches do the heavy work and a remote control fob makes it even easier to trim sails. During the extensive refit all sails were replaced along with the standing rigging cables. Sails have always been taken down and stored in off season and have been custom built to take the cruising life. Upgraded sail cloth weight and cut perfectly for the boat. The Jib is roughly 800 sq ft and the main roughly 1200 sq ft.
