  1. How it is arranged
    1. YachtX is a membership-based service to facilitate the purchase and sale of boats and yachts
    2. It is organized according to each member’s role in a transaction
      1. Seller
      2. Buyer
      3. Settlement (Documentation) Agent
      4. Seller Lender (if any)
      5. Buyer Lender (if any), and
      6. Buyer’s Insurance Provider
      7. Surveyor
    3. Each member has a unique member identification “YachtX ID”, and a unique private dashboard organized to help them manage and accomplish their tasks
    4. A Secure Messenging system is provided, permitting information and documents to be shared without reliance on unsecured public Internet email
    5. YachtX provides your firm’s name and contact information to buyers at the appropriate time in the sales process.
  2. Using Your YachtX Dashboard
    1. Management of all of your YachtX clients is performed through your “myHome” page
      1. Click on the link for any of the listed clients, and a new browser window will open with the details of that particular deal
        1. Vessel details and the associated advertisement with vessel details
        2. Seller and Buyer contact information
        3. Seller and Buyer lender information (if any)
        4. Buyer insurance provider information
        5. Documents for the specific deal
          1. Purchase Agreement
          2. Acceptance Agreement
          3. Settlement Statement
          4. Marine Bill of Sale
      2. See requests for service from YachtX members
    2. Your firm’s information entered and updated on your “Member” page
    3. You may communicate and pass documents with other YachtX members using the “Messenger” page
    4. The “Reference” page provides guidance in the use of your YachtX services
