The popular 44 Cockpit MY is basically a Tollycraft 40 Sundeck with a cockpit extension. The two-stateroom, galley-down accommodations include a full-size dinette and a lower helm in addition to a roomy owner’s stateroom, a deck access door in the salon, and plenty of storage.

This particular boat has these upgrades/updates: bow and stern thrusters, electronic engine controls, Avon RIB with 15HP 4-stroke outboard, Nick Jackson power davit with remote, satellite TV, 3-zone Webasto heater etc.
