Royal Cape Majestic 500
For blue water catamaran enthusiasts in the know, Royal Capes are known for their beefy no-nonsense construction and very livable designs. The 500 provides an amazing 5 staterooms/ensuite heads with showers - even an office in the master stateroom so ideal for long term cruising for large families or crewed charters. This yacht has a custom 62' mast for ICW cruising. She has teak & holly sole and 21 opening hatches for excellent ventilation, dive compressor, water maker etc.
Updates : this yacht has been undergoing mechanical refit since 2017 including new engines, sail drives, generator, electronics, solar with lithium-ion batteries, 13' Highfield tender and Code 0 gennaker, high performance main and jib from North Sails. She does require cosmetic updates to complete the refit.

Master Stateroom:
Large master stateroom with full-sized mattress (new 2023), side “tables,” vanity with mirror and stool, television, stereo, ensuite head with shower and bathtub, hanging locker and multiple stowage lockers. TV and DVD player with speakers. Full office adjacent to master stateroom: 28-inch computer monitor on wall mounted swivel arm above desk, 12 stowage lockers, including file storage, ookshelves with glass doors, leather settee, “wine cellar,” two countertops, bookshelf, full-sized office chair, wiFi Laser printer/copier.
Other Staterooms:
Three guest staterooms with queen sized mattresses, one guest stateroom with V-berth, all custom mattresses new 2017. All staterooms have ensuite heads/showers. All staterooms and heads have opening hatches/portholes and fans for excellent ventilation. All heads have freshwater Techma electric macerating, 2-stage water-saving heads with backup emergency saltwater plumbing. Ample hot water supplied by two 21-gallon Quick stainless steel hot water heaters. “Whole house” water filters port and starboard. All staterooms have speakers, 110v outlets and 12v “cigarette-style” outlets. All staterooms have one hanging locker and multiple stowage lockers. Two aft staterooms have additional single bunk under queen-sized bunk.
