Nordlund 72 Pilothouse

An Ed Monk Jr. design from high quality American builder Nordlund, this is essentially the largest sibling of the popular and well-respected Tollycraft 65 pilothouse series (53, 55, 61 and 65 foot variants) of motoryachts. She is a true bluewater long range cruising yacht with accommodations for eight in four double staterooms and three heads. She is stabilized and has bow & stern thrusters, and a 14' Novurania center concole RIB with 60 HP Yamaha on a telescopic davit. She underwent a refit which included engines, exterior paint and system servicing. Recent updates include Garmin electronics, smart TVs, quartz countertops, carpets, stainless steel galley appliances including propane range and full size fridge.

Flybridge: Access from cockpit or pilothouse, forward helm station with two helm seats, custom L-shaped settee with table, custom storage locker with built-in propane BBQ, two tenders, davit and aft helm docking station.
Master Stateroom: 
Walk-around queen berth, plenty of storage, hanging locker and an ensuite head with Jacuzzi tub/shower. The master is separated from the engine room by a companionway with three doors and main fuel tanks. The lower level is finished in a white oak.
Other Staterooms: 
Four stateroom layout features a guest or crew stateroom forward with two large bunk berths, abundant storage and ladder to foredeck. Just aft to port is the second guest stateroom with over/under berths, hanging locker, five drawer dresser and ensuite head. The third guest stateroom to starboard features twin berths, hanging locker, abundant storage and direct access to head and shower with additional access from companion way. Next aft are the walk-in laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer, large four-door pantry and cleaning supply locker.
Galley / Dinette: 
The pilothouse features complete instrumentation, side doors with screens, teak stairway to flybridge and custom raised settee with two concealed tray tables. Next aft and down two steps to starboard is the walk-in pantry room, storage lockers and three 15 cu. ft. vertical cold plate refrigerators/freezers. On the same level is the gourmet galley overlooking the salon. Opposite the galley is a teak cabinet with drawers and two shelf lockers. New quartz countertops.
Salon: 
Down two steps aft into the large, bright salon area is a six drawer teak cabinet to port and wet bar with sink and icemaker. Additionally to port are two chairs with occasional table followed further aft by double doors leading to the cockpit. To starboard are a comfortable built in L-shaped settee finished in Italian leather, custom electric hi-low teak table which can be extended to accommodate up to ten. Dual electric wine cooler.
